Can anyone help me. I am trying to have a co-worker log into my account to view my templates while I am away and every time they login they can not view my pre-made templates. Any help would be great thank you.
Are they using the correct environment. In the dashboard you can switch between Sandbox and Production. To switch, use the dropdown menu in the top right corner:
I suspect you maybe switched environments at one point, created your templates and the other user has logged in and the app is set to the other environment.
