Sandbox API will not work due to isufficent credits

I have not purchased any credit as still firmly in development stage.
When I follow “Hello World” Example I get

Your render request could not be processed because it exceeds one or more plan limits. ‘0.09’ credits required, you have ‘0’ credits left. Please upgrade to increase your plan limits

I have tipple checked I am using the sandbox API and not production
What am I doing wrong / missed

Hi @michael2,

The Sandbox should render for free with a watermark.

Could you send an email to support@shotstack.io using the email associated with your account so I can get this fixed for you?

Alternatively, you can send a message to support from your dashboard.

I’m getting this exact same error. I’ve checked I’m using my sandbox API, but trying the Hello World example, when I use the CURL command, I get an error telling me that it takes 1 credit, and I have 0 credits.

Hi Ruth,

Yes. While the sandbox is free to use you do need an account with a positive credit balance. This is as simple as adding credits to your account. You can do this in the subscriptions tab.

Thanks, I worked it out as soon as I posted here, but I haven’t worked out how to delete comments and posts from this forum!
