I submitted a render request and got back a success message that is was queued but it has been 5 hours since I submitted it and nothing shows up in my dashboard. Not sure what to check from here …

The dashboard currently only shows production renders. We’re in the middle of upgrading the dashboard to show renders built in the staging environment as well. This should hopefully be launched within the week.
