Missing Audio in Render

Hi,

I am able to create a render with an image. However when I try to add a soundtrack layer or a Track>Clip>Audio Asset the render succeeds however the video has no audio.

The audio file is in essentially the same src location as the images that the renderer can access.

I have checked that the output muted flag is set to ‘false’.

Any suggestions of where to look to resolve this?

Not sure why that would be happening, can you share a render or template ID with us and we will investigate.
