I’ve been using Shotstack for a while now, and it’s been great! However, I’ve recently run into an issue and could really use some help.
I’m getting this error message:
RenderingError: Failed to render video
Here’s a bit of context:
- I’m trying to render a video with multiple assets, including images and audio.
- I’ve double-checked the URLs and formats of all assets, and they seem to be correct.
- My API requests appear to be structured properly according to the documentation.
While I was checking for it I came across these resources/article Rendering failed: One or more clips is not a valid media file and could not be loadedd what is mulesoft in salesforce
Has anyone encountered this error before or have any idea what might be causing it? Any troubleshooting tips or suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
