For pricing, what counts as bandwidth?

I’m looking at the Essentials 200 plan that has 20 GB of bandwidth.
What counts towards this?

  1. I assume this does not count downloads of the final render. Yes?

  2. I’m assuming this does count all the video that are consumed by ingest api and stored in shotstack storage? So one can import into shotstack at most 20 GB of data per month?
