Complete beginner - can't get curl command to work from Command Prompt or PowerShell

I posted here before about getting an error message, but I’ve taken out the line breaks and now I’m getting a different error.

Surely the whole point of using the sandbox is that it doesn’t need credits…? I’ve read here about other people having this issue, but I haven’t seen any solutions yet! Please help! Thank you.

I have worked it out now. You have to buy some credits in order to use the sandbox, but using it doesn’t use any credits. I’m now the proud owner of some credits that I hope I get to use
