Black Bar and Quality Issues with Rendered Clips

Hi Team,

We’ve noticed that when we stitch videos using Shotstack, there’s a black bar appearing on the right edge of the clips (see attached). We’re adding an end animation logo to video clips that come from Mux. Also, the quality seems lower than expected, almost like the videos are being compressed. Could you help us fix these issues so we can maintain the highest quality?

Hi @y.kay,

The black bar might be due to the video placement.

You can adjust the video quality in the output settings to help resolve the issue with the video quality.

If you send me the render ID, I can check it out and fix it for you.

Could you please email the template ID to support@shotstack.io so I can check the issue?

Also, include the email associated with the account you’re using for rendering when you send the email.

Thank you, @Peace_Aisosa, for your support. The issues have been resolved. The video resolutions just needed proper adjustment in Mux.
