Audio glitches in the first .5 seconds

Just exactly that. The first .5 seconds of audio sounds like a microphone topping out, or it stutters - basically makes it embarrassing to send to a client. This happens on all my videos created via API.

Hi Jeff,

Audio glitches can occur due to encoding issues of the source media sent to Shotstack, especially with user-generated content like microphone recordings.

We recommend transcoding the audio using a reliable codec such as Opus, AAC, or MP3 to prevent this.

I’m using videos that are using MP3. It happens whenever I add titles to an existing video . When a client complains I have to remake it by hand. Here is an example. https://cdn.shotstack.io/au/v1/3h23luho7i/efca1253-d5f6-4bd0-b9e9-370d0ee877d6.mp4

All I did is add titles in shotstack and exported in 30fps - Notice the audio glitch at the beginning? https://cdn.shotstack.io/au/v1/3h23luho7i/6562ac1f-8fa8-4315-a414-36c23d4e0054.mp4
