Do you have a list of html attributes css styles that are accepted? Are css animations compatible?

Currently HTML4 and CSS2.1 is supported. You can find more information on the specific HTML the API supports in the Developer Docs.

No animation is not compatible in it and tag is also not allowed

No they’re not yet supported. These docs show you what CSS is supported at the moment.
